Shipping and Customer Service

It typically takes about 15 days from the production of your shades to their arrival at your doorstep. Start by ordering the closest size to your window, and we will send an email within 24 hours to confirm your window measurements. If you're unsure about the size or color, consider ordering a single blind for testing purposes, as returns can be costly depending on weight and distance. If you encounter any issues while using our shades, or if you have concerns about the quality, simply reach out to us and we will respond and address the matter within 24 hours.

Materials and Design

Our roller shades are made from 100% premium polyester material that is waterproof, breathable, anti-static, and dust-proof. The dual layer design allows for excellent light filtration and privacy control, while offering UV protection and durability for all seasons.

Smart Motor Options

Choose between a battery-operated motor or a wired motor for your roller shades. Our high-quality rechargeable battery motor can last 3 to 6 months on a single charge, while the plug-in option can be wired into your home's electrical system for continuous use. With the touch of a button, you can effortlessly raise or lower your shades, and up to 17 electric blinds can be synced and operated simultaneously. Remote control and timer settings are available, but our blinds are not compatible with smart devices.

We have upgraded our zebra shades with a sturdier bottom rail to prevent fraying and ensure a snug fit of the two fabric layers for optimal shading. Choosing the Right Size

For inside mount installations, the blind width should match the window width, and the blind height should match the window height. For outside mount installations, add at least 4 inches to both the width and height of your window measurements. Please note that the fabric width will be 1.2 inches shorter than the overall size of the shade.

For any questions regarding size, color, or warranty options, feel free to contact us before placing your order. We offer a 2-year warranty for any damage or malfunctions of the motors and controls. In the event of fabric or component damage within 30 days of receipt, simply send us photos and we will provide a free replacement during the warranty period.
