When ordering, choose the closest size to your window dimensions. We will send an email within 24 hours to confirm window information. If we do not receive a reply within 48 hours, we will make the blinds without any adjustments. If you are unsure about size and color, consider ordering one blind for testing purposes. Please be aware that returns can be costly depending on weight and distance.

To ensure the correct size, measure your window carefully. For example, if your window measures 23" width by 72" length, for an inside mount, the blind width is the window width, and the blind height is the window height. For this example, Blind Width=23"; Blind Height=72". For an outside mount, add at least 4" to both the width and height. For this example, Blind Width=23"+4"; Blind Height=72"+4". Please note that the fabric width will be 0.8" shorter than the size of the shade.

Shipping typically takes about 15 days from the production of the shades to reaching the customer. If you encounter any issues with the shades during use, or if there are quality concerns, please contact us. We will respond and address the matter within 24 hours.
